The arms are a simple conversion, I just pinned through the Behemoth rocket knuckles into the Extreme Juggernaut hand. Green stuff is used as a fill throughout, with large bolts sculpted to give it an industrial look. That angle isn't visible here, but you can see it in the final pictures.
That's a big fist. Zerkova for scale.
Up next is the rail system which delivers the dual bombards. I've never been a fan of the wall-eyed cannons the standard model has. This is supposed to be a well-engineered destruction engine, and it's got a waist for a reason. Turn to aim, buddy.
Test fitting, pins are drilled at the connection points on the edges of the rails. Use the horizontal support tabs to guide the alignment. There's some necessary greenstuff gap-filling to be done where the rail meets the body, but if you're undertaking a project of this scale it shouldn't be too daunting. Make sure it's smooth, and remember to fill in the letters stamped on the pieces.
The head is a tight fit, but proportional. Spikes from the official Behemoth are added to the neckplate, try to keep them even.
All together now. Add spikes to the thigh armor to make show how tough this 'jack is.
Pin EVERYTHING. This is a large, bulky, and very heavy model, and if you want to handle it at all, it's going to need plenty of support. Zerkova for scale.
Painting is straightforward, there's just more surface area. Choose your favorite Khador reds or greens and go to town!
Finished red on the legs, torso needs shading and highlights
Just about done here, based, but needs some BATTLE DAMAGE!
Not so easy fitting this monster in the frame!
Back view, for the sake of completeness.
Clash of the Titans!
I hope you've enjoyed this model as much as I did building it. It's a great centerpiece, and adds some of the "oomph" that was missing from the original!
